I've never heard of the company so I'll get someone else go first and use it.
Honestly thing hasn't really been an issue given that you can just buy codes from shattered crystal. EU people can even buy them cheaper from shattered crystal so I don't get why you have two prices. I know I must rather pay the USD prices/.

9 EUR = 12~ USD
10 USD = 7~ EUR
